The health and safety of our customers and our employees is always our top priority. With the growing concern surrounding the Coronavirus, we wanted to share how AGIT Global is taking precautionary steps to stay healthy and safe.
We continue to follow the recommendations and guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding the Coronavirus. One of the recommendations is that everyone take simple, everyday actions that are proven to help prevent the spread of all respiratory viruses, including the common cold, the flu, and Coronavirus. They include the following:
• Frequently wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
• Cover your coughing or sneezing with a tissue or the inside of your elbow
• Promote cleaning and disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces
• Limit handshakes and similar physical contact
• Limit group gatherings with shared food
• Maintain a safe distance between people
• Stay home when you are sick
Social Distancing is also key to the success of managing the spread of Coronavirus. With this, we are announcing new a new “by appointment only” policy for our showroom. Order pick-ups are welcome and will resume normally. To schedule a showroom appointment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Appointment Request.” We do apologize for the change in showroom hours and in the case of any delays.

Items may be large and require preparation in detail for pick up (board racks, securing straps). Please note our pick up hours are M-F 9am-3pm during regular business weeks. Please allow 24 hours between placing the order and picking up. Closed on holidays.
Please note that surfboards and larger items are All Sales Final. Items that are returned must be in clean condition, not removed from the original packaging, and repacked well for return. We guarantee all our items arrive in the best of condition and purchasers have 48hrs. to request return of merchandise. All shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of purchaser. Do not accept boxes that appear to have excessive damage or holes in boxes where outer cartons have been compromised. Refunds deemed appropriate by our customer service department will be processed within 24-48hrs. of receiving of returned goods. You order from the AGIT Global shopping cart will be shipped via ground service or ground courier service. You will receive
a confirmation of order from the shopping cart confirmation via email.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt when ordered M-F during our standard hours of operation.
Orders that have been processed either Sat or Sun will be processed first start on Monday or next business day thereof.

Due to the nature of the shipments we require someone to be present at time of delivery and we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
