Excellent Beginner Board

I bought this board to improve my surfing skills. I am a heavier guy (just shy of 300 lbs) and 6ft 5in tall. I have been surfing on a 10ft 6in Stand Up Paddle Board for a while and wanted something smaller. It is much more maneuverable than the SUP. I am able to catch and ride unbroken waves on it, though it is a bit tricky for someone of my size. Stability while paddling out and sitting up on the board to watch for oncoming sets is probably the trickiest part for me given my size. This doesn't seem to be a problem as much though for my more average sized friends. I even took a friend out for their first ever surf session and they were immediately able catch waves and pop up with ease on this board.

If you're bigger, this board is a great choice for upping your skills and maneuvering in bigger surf.

If you're more average size and just starting out, this is a great board to learn on.

Easily one of the top 3 in my quiver

I surf many longboards shaped by famous shapers. I love them but I needed a soft board to take out some friends and beginners, so I bought this board. Naturally, I tried it for myself.... and fell in love! It floats and paddles with ease. It catches waves as well as the best of them. It is also surprisingly easy to maneuver. It's a fun board and many times I grab it over my more expensive ones. Highly recommend.

RETURNS
Please note that surfboards and larger items are All Sales Final. Items that are returned must be in clean condition, not removed from the original packaging, and repacked well for return. We guarantee all our items arrive in the best of condition and purchasers have 48hrs. to request return of merchandise. All shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of purchaser. Do not accept boxes that appear to have excessive damage or holes in boxes where outer cartons have been compromised. Refunds deemed appropriate by our customer service department will be processed within 24-48hrs. of receiving of returned goods.
