Please keep in mind there is ongoing construction but you can check in to the front of the office towards the front area of the complex. Park at either parking lot by Canon or Rivian located at the end of the building strip and walk down the sidewalk to Suite 105 'AGIT Global' for assigned pick up. Please avoid coming through the back of the building where the loading docks are unless specifically instructed to do so.
An order number and ID is required upon arrival.

RETURNS
Please note that surfboards and larger items are All Sales Final. Items that are returned must be in clean condition, not removed from the original packaging, and repacked well for return. We guarantee all our items arrive in the best of condition and purchasers have 48hrs. to request return of merchandise. All shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of purchaser. Do not accept boxes that appear to have excessive damage or holes in boxes where outer cartons have been compromised. Refunds deemed appropriate by our customer service department will be processed within 24-48hrs. of receiving of returned goods. Please call our customer service at 1-877-673-3622 for additional questions on returned merchandise.

You order from the AGIT Global shopping cart will be shipped via ground service or ground courier service. You will receive
a confirmation of order from the shopping cart confirmation via email.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt when ordered M-F during our standard hours of operation.
Orders that have been processed either Sat or Sun will be processed first start on Monday or next business day thereof.
