Agit Global will always respect the privacy of our customers. We want to give the best customer service possible. We do not use cookies and we do not track your activities. The only information we collect is the information you give when an order is placed. At no time will we sell or share that information with any other company. The information obtained from registration online is used to save you time in the future and/or receive occasional emails.
These emails provide you with information regarding the products you purchased, upcoming sales, and specials. You can opt out of emails at any time. You may do so by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in each email. Any person under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian’s permission before providing any personal information. All online contests are open only to U.S. residents who are 13 years of age or older.

Agit Global strives to provide children with as much customer service as possible without violating their privacy rights. For their protection, AGIT Global asks that anyone 13 or younger not attempt to register with AGIT Global or otherwise provide AGIT Global with any personal information without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

FREE LOCAL PICK-UP Available In Irvine
Please place your order online and choose the local pick-up option. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup within 48 hours after placing your order. Our address is 9750 Irvine Blvd. Unit 105, Irvine, CA 92618. Pickup hours are Mon-Fri from 10am-4pm. Please wait for the confirmation email first before arriving to our warehouse. Have your ID and order number ready upon arrival. Pickup orders must be picked up within a 30-day timeframe. If not, the order will be canceled and refunded. If you cannot make it before that time, please let us know immediately. If you have any questions, please contact us at web@agit-global.com. Thank you.

RETURNS
Please note that surfboards and larger items are All Sales Final. Items that are returned must be in clean condition, not removed from the original packaging, and repacked well for return. We guarantee all our items arrive in the best of condition and purchasers have 48hrs. to request return of merchandise. All shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of purchaser. Do not accept boxes that appear to have excessive damage or holes in boxes where outer cartons have been compromised. Refunds deemed appropriate by our customer service department will be processed within 24-48hrs. of receiving of returned goods. Please call our customer service at 1-877-673-3622 for additional questions on returned merchandise.

You order from the AGIT Global shopping cart will be shipped via ground service or ground courier service. You will receive a confirmation of order from the shopping cart confirmation via email.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt when ordered M-F during our standard hours of operation. Orders that have been processed either Sat or Sun will be processed first start on Monday or next business day thereof.

For local pick-ups, you will be notified within 48 hours via email when your order is ready for pick-up.
Expedited shipping is available for additional pricing. Please call before ordering via our customer servicing 1-877-673-3622.

Due to the nature of the shipments we require someone to be present at time of delivery and we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
