When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

Upon placing an order on our site, our system will immediately 'authorize' your credit card for the purchase amount. This authorization is not an actual charge. Once we verify product availability, we will prepare your order for shipping and charge your credit card at that time. If we cannot fulfill your order, your authorization amount will be released from our system within 48 hours.

We also accept payments through PayPal. When you check out there is an option to check out with PayPal where you will be taken to the PayPal website to complete payment for your order.

FREE LOCAL PICK-UP Available In Irvine
Please place your order online and choose the local pick-up option. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup within 48 hours after placing your order. Our address is 9750 Irvine Blvd. Unit 105, Irvine, CA 92618. Pickup hours are Mon-Fri from 10am-4pm. Please wait for the confirmation email first before arriving to our warehouse. Have your ID and order number ready upon arrival. Pickup orders must be picked up within a 30-day timeframe. If not, the order will be canceled and refunded. RETURNS
Please note that surfboards and larger items are All Sales Final. Items that are returned must be in clean condition, not removed from the original packaging, and repacked well for return. We guarantee all our items arrive in the best of condition and purchasers have 48hrs. to request return of merchandise. All shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of purchaser. Do not accept boxes that appear to have excessive damage or holes in boxes where outer cartons have been compromised. Refunds deemed appropriate by our customer service department will be processed within 24-48hrs. of receiving of returned goods. Please call our customer service at 1-877-673-3622 for additional questions on returned merchandise.

You order from the AGIT Global shopping cart will be shipped via ground service or ground courier service. You will receive a confirmation of order from the shopping cart confirmation via email.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt when ordered M-F during our standard hours of operation. Orders that have been processed either Sat or Sun will be processed first start on Monday or next business day thereof.

For local pick-ups, you will be notified within 48 hours via email when your order is ready for pick-up.

Due to the nature of the shipments we require someone to be present at time of delivery and we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
